Receptionist was friendly and helpful, admitting nurse very efficient, and Taylor the treating PA was knowlegeable, patient, and skillful. I was very pleased despite the sressful circumstance of my condition.

I went in with primary complaint that I could not stop coughing.  I had other symptoms also.  I did not sleep more than 2 hours the night before due to coughing.  I had already tried Robitussin,  honey, tea, cough drops, etc.   I was given Amoxicillin and I asked again about my cough.  OTC meds were recommended but nothing has worked.  I am miserable and tried to call today… put on hold forever so gave up.  I am not going back and pay for another visit.   I am coughing so forcefully hopefully will not tear my esophagus or break a rib…    The ONLY thing that works when you have a cough like this is codeine cough syrup, but God forbid they prescribe this as it is a narcotic.     Other than not dealing with my cough, I have no complaints.  I was the second patient there in the am and was taken back quickly. The staff were pleasant.

Did walk in for drug screen and it was fast and convenient. Very friendly staff as well.

Everyone friendly and helpful, seen quickly. PA very good bedside manner, seemed caring and empathetic.  Received prescriptions for pain relief which helped me get through to another day.  Thank you for your professionalism.

My visit was last minute due to an injury. I was processed in within a few minutes, saw the nurse soon after arrival and the doctor within minutes. I was impressed with his diagnosis and recommended care. This was all on a holiday! The staff and medical team were great.

I scheduled an appointment for 4. They switched it to 530, which I went to. I did not get into the back of the office until a little after 6. They did a strep test, and then I waited until almost 7 o'clock for them to come back and tell me it came back negative. But I do have an ear infection in the meantime, I never saw the doctor until she came back to tell me anything. Of course, cause it's a holiday weekend. Pharmacies have closed early. My prescription is going to sit there until monday. Thanks for no help to get relief over the weekend. I would have been better off going to the emergency room.

My RN and the treating NP, Stephanie, handled my emergency injury quicky, efficiently, and effectively even as a walk-in with no appointment. I left with 7 staples in a head wound and confident of a full recovery.

In and out. Whole thing took about 10 minutes once called. Wait time was less than 5 minutes.
