Everyone was so nice and patient due to current circumstances. They listened and helped me feel at ease. They took great care of me and all is good now!

Excellent service! Being new to the area, we are very pleased to find easy-to-access medical care for urgent matters. Scheduling was easy and the reservation time was very accurate. Wait time was minimal and everyone there was very friendly and professional.

Scheduling was easy and check-in was as well. I just wish it was something online stating it was short staff and a 2 hour wait time because I could have scheduled somewhere else earlier that morning. Getting all set for the doctor was good just figured with my son being sick since Friday morning I would get something to help his pain that flared up again Sunday around 330 not long after we left and night again. We did get a 1 to 3 excuse out of that 2 hour wait, for me to stay home and work on him as I have around the clock. Just wish meds were proscribed. Now I will just see how the if this Tylenol and ibuprofen do the trick soon. I definitely will not go back if anyone is sick.

The location was behind on seeing patients. It was explained that the reason was due to only having one provider seeing patients yesterday morning. However, I made the appointment online the same morning. There should be a way to reduce the number of available appointments online if the provider staff is limited. If there is only one provider and that is not the norm, then I assume there are usually two or more. That means that capacity was at least 50% reduced, potentially even more. (66% or 75%).

Jennifer Kilel FNP, treated my husband for a pneumonia which could have easily developed into needing a hospital admission. Ms. Kilel did everything right in preventing that hospital admission. She was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. She recommended a follow up visit to assure that he was on the mend, and thanks to her, he is. We were very impressed with this wonderful professional. She comes highly recommended by us!

Scheduling online was super easy, check in was easy, the wait time was not great. Took over an hour and thats having a place held in line with the appointment online. The doctor was nice but didnt do a thorough exam and prescribed me two meds that didnt do anything to help the problem after I advised what I was experiencing. So unfortunately I felt unheard or not believed and brushed off. The doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me.

I got home from a 10 day trip with a UTI. I couldn’t get in to see my PCP. Came in as a walk in & was able to be seen & got an antibiotic. I should have asked to have my urine sent out for a culture to be done. Other than that I was totally satisfied.

Woke up this morning with runny nose,bad cough,very weak I walked in at Bon Sure urgent care was checked in right away by the receptionist who was so friendly and pleasant to talk to,I didn't have to wait but a few minutes before I was called back to get vital signs by a very pleasant nurses assistant after the that I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was very nice and professional over all my visit was wonderful, thank you

Bon secours is very good, their staff are always professional and treat their patients with respect.

I was seen very close to my appointment time which was great. Front desk was friendly and easy. The nurse practitioner that saw me was attentive, professional, and gave me what I need to feel better. Person that did my blood pressure, weight, etc. post check in had a little bit of a language barrier and was less that great. I would go back here again - overall very good experience.
