Staff was rather stand off-ish and rude, and in a time of illness that is very outputting. Personally, one of the worst if not the worst experiences at a clinic ever. I would not recommend this Urgent Care to anyone looking for kind, quality care.

The staff member that somewhat addressed my concerns was initially rude, abrupt and dismissive. A sore throat was one of my complaints. Didn't even do a throat culture

All around superb care. Friendly staff, very helpful, I did not feel rushed and appreciated the extra miles taken to make me feel at ease snd answer all my questions. I would recommend this orovider.

Our NP was amazing! Thorough and provided great information. Would see her again in a stand alone practice if she were to ever become a PC-NP! She was great!

I liked how this clinic accepts walk ins. I also did have ease making an appointment online. The website for making an appointment is very easy to navigate, and not time consuming. The nurse practitioner I saw was very kind and provided great care in a timely manner. I received the treatment I needed.

I tried to make an appointment on-line but due to some difficulty somewhere, my appointment wasn't showing up when I arrived. That was not an issue as I was able to register and be seen in a short amount of time. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly.

I came in to do a DOT physical and Health screening. I was very impressed with how short my wait time was and how quickly they got me in and out of my scheduled appointment. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. Thank you all for your diligence and time. I would definitely recommend this provider to others.

Had a weekend filled with cough and congestion and mucus decided Monday morning I would go to urgent care arrived went to check in no problem wait time was about 10 minutes 15 went back to exam room waited in room for about five 10 minutes provider came in explain my issues I was examined and she told me no worries they would give me something to help make me feel better came in again to advise their computers were down but as soon as that was resolved she'd get me some scripts and I could be on my way it took another maybe 10 minutes she came back gave me the information where the scripts were called in and I was on my way thank you for your wonderful care and service didn't even have an appointment so it is much appreciated
