The didn't have knowledge to enter my insurance number properly. Receptionist rather eat than help assist anyone.

Came in for a workmen’s comp referral. Desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wait time was next to nothing. NP Blackwell was very friendly and helpful as was FNP Kilel. Ms Kilel was actually the one to fix my problem, and I deeply appreciate both of them.

The receptionist was very helpful and proffesional but the staff in the back did not have pleasant personality.

Hurt my leg this morning. I called- loved talking to a person! They got me right in and x-rayed it. Start to finish 45 minutes.  Sweet sweet professional ladies ran this place seemlessly. Great job!

My son injured his thumb and we went to be seen only to find out they didn’t have a x ray machine there. Got sent to the hospital and I had to follow up 3 times with them to get a call back about his results. I was told they were “busy” I understand there is other injuries and sickness but each patient should be treated with the same care and get a proper diagnosis and treatment. Got told all his joints were injured and to call and make another appointment with a different hospital for him to be seen. He is still in pain and nothing has been resolved. Not very happy. I did call early this AM and hope he gets seen at different hospital soon. As far as scheduling and check in and staff everything went smoothly.

Scheduled online, nominal check-in and wait time, NP & staff were helpful; courteous... my concern was addressed; including additional assessment, simple discharge. Recommended.

I was able to quickly get an appointment and set it the night before. When I arrived, I waited only 5 minutes before being seen! This was the most seamless urgent care appointment I have had in a long time! Thank you !

Had a DOT physical here. The staff were very prompt to get things done in a timely manner, and they were very pleasant to talk with. I live an hour away and I'd go back.

FNP Jennifer was skilled. knowledgeable and friendly. The worst part was injecting the cut bleeding wound with lidocaine three shots to numb the wound. ButJennifer warned me to take a deep breath when the pain was coming!
