Made an appointment for the morning and showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time, but still had to wait over an hour past my appointment time before being seen. I watched all of the walk-ins who had arrived before me get called in before I did, which made me wonder what the point of scheduling an appointment was since I was just treated like a regular walk-in.

Went in for ear pain and was diagnosed with an ear infection and got the appropriate ear drops.  However the NP “listening to my lungs” was a joke—feather light touch of her stethoscope over a thick fleece jacket!  Not a chance she heard anything.  Not important for this diagnosis but I found it a bit funny. Everyone who worked there was very nice, especially the woman working at the front desk.
