I was a walk-in patient to your facility. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice.  The office was closing early due to staffing  shortage, but everyone was being seen in a timely,caring, And efficient way. Patients entering and leaving the facility, were shown the upmost Care and concern.  Speaking for myself, I was able to see the doctor fairly quickly, he took his time with me, called in my medication, and I did not feel rushed, or hurried. I think the front desk lady, the nurse in the back as well as the doctor should all receive  congratulatory notes From your upper management people. These three awesome individuals were stretched, pretty thin, but they had positive demeanors, they were patient with any questions that I had, and very empathetic.  A very nice medical staff.

Just an A+ experience from beginning to the end-what a great staff-I’m so happy to find this urgent care with Dr and t Her helpful staff

Front desk was a bit slow, friendly but put the insurance in wrong originally. Walked in at 8 was first in line with no appointment. Tok almost 30-45 min to see the doctor even though there were no patients before me

Nothing was right about this appointment, I was seen due to a car accident. I believe her name is Elizabeth, she's not friendly and she didn't even do any type of care. Barely looked me over.

I have to do frequent observed urine screens which can be very awkward but Jenna makes it a breeze. Very kind and friendly

I had some sinus and throat issues after returning from an overseas vacation. Was in and out within about 45 minutes. Thought care by the PA and Karla was thorough and caring. Feeling better today

Woke up with a fever and was able to schedule an appointment for the afternoon. The wait time to get checked in was 20 minutes, and it seemed like the front office was short staffed. The nurse was not the most efficient and didn’t have the best bed side manner. The doctor was direct and kind. Overall, it was not the most positive experience, but not bad. Just frustrating with how much longer it took for check in.

My only complaint was the wait time.  I scheduled an appointment scheduled for 9:45 AM and didn’t see the doctor until 11 AM.  Not sure why only one doctor is working on Sunday when the weekends are typically busy for Urgent care places.  The staff and doctor were fantastic.
