I had been dealing with ear pains the lady up front was super friendly and the service was quick and to the point the nurse was great she quickly got my diagnose on the problem....

It was such a pleasure to be able to go into a care center and receive exactly what I needed. The staff was personable, professional and efficient. I was in and out quickly, something that happens rarely in medical facilities these days.

Best doctor bedside manners we have ever experienced. She was amazing, thorough, and very informative. We are lucky to have her serving our community!

We walked in due to my son injuring his leg during track practice that day after school. Front desk staff very friendly. However, the wait was ridiculous and after waiting an hour the front desk announced there wasn’t a Radiology Tech available, so if anyone needs X-rays to either come back tomorrow or go somewhere else. Frustrating after waiting an hour! But decided to continue. The biggest issue being Only 1 provider! So when a man walked in with a non life threatening large cut on his finger. Everyone else had to hold while it was sutured. After 3 hrs of waiting the NP was very polite but in and out within mins. Not much to say and gave us a referral to Ortho Va. I waited 3 hours for  very little assistance. I could have just gone directly to Ortho Va. If there were some other qualified staff to triage EVERYONE before they wait hours some of this could be avoided. You really need to do better for the community!

Front desk staff very prompt and attentive the provider experience was ok but did not really listen to my concerns when it came to my son just pretty much told Me to follow up with his peds provider which made me feel that I wasted my time in seeking care for my child

I walked into the clinic and the receptionist didn't know the order of who came into the office and was asking who was next, the doctor didn't solve my issue for an allergic reaction and I didn't get any shots or prescription, I left with the same allergic reaction. My symptoms got worse and I had to go to a different location just to get the allergic reaction taken care of.

I was a walk-in for a sinus infection. Front office staff and attending personnel were all efficient and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely return if the need presents itself.

I entered the phone, secure, urgent care with Creek barely able to walk; The pain in my hip and my lower back was beyond anything I’ve ever felt before. The staff at Swift Creek was professional, efficient, and compassionate. There is a great vibe of healing and caring in this place.

Saved my daughters place in line. Came in and got fast and friendly care. The FNP, Jessica P and the MA, A. Archer were extremely efficient and had an amazing bedside manner.  Highly recommend!
