It’s very disheartening that only 1 physician is in the building even though there is large management company over see day to day operations.  Bon Secours should be able to quickly and effectively staff the facilities.  I didn’t get home until an hour and a half after my appointment. There was nobody in the waiting room and the majority of the rooms were open. The staff was nice and professional. The wait time was ridiculous even though there is a corporation that is supposed support the staff.

Nurse Practitioner, not a Dr. was extremely unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable and left. Reception Woman was nice and kind. My remaining experience with the other staff was  just ok.  I would NOT recommend your company to anyone. Why would I after the poor quality care I experienced?

Woke up with an extremely sore throat and ear pain and was told to “just go get some DayQuil and take that, hopefully you won’t have to come back”. She was very short and rude and did not seem to care about my health at all. Very disappointed
