The staff were all excellent. I was just there for Employer Random Drug Test. The staff made me feel at ease. They were so helpful.  I would recommend this urgent care for those minor illness/ matters that would take you a few days to get in a doctor’s office.

A more thorough exam would have identified a Lyme diagnosis and more immediate medication vs a viral respiratory (cough) and delay of treatment.

I went there to get a Physical for a job and the Reception were very friendly and nice and help me out and also my nurse were nice and the doctor

I was a walk-in. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. The nurses and the NP were great. I would recommend Bon Secours. Thank you for the care.

Had an infection on my collarbone and was able to be seen right away and got some antibiotics to clear it up. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

I hurt my ankle out in the yard. I  thought it might be broken, but X-rays showed it was a bad sprain. They put on an ace bandage and a little ankle stabilizer. I have been doing everything they told me to do and today it is MUCH better. So glad I went to Bon Secours. I’d give it an A+!

Had a painful eye problem that was diagnosed as an infevtion.  Have meds and i am on the road to recovery! Yes I would highly recommend this urgent care!

Arrived right at 8:00 as a walk-in and was the first patient to be seen besides the two people that had scheduled appointments . Very quick and efficient treatment.

They were not able to diagnose much less treat a case of suspected Lyme. Not sure you should call it urgent care if an insect bite is too much. They cant draw blood to send out. Even though we called ahead to ask if they could treat tick bite. Provider (not sure if nurse or doctor or none of the above)  did nothing- no exam, only said see your doctor if your symptoms worsen. This is on Day 4 of worsening symptoms. Do they not know time is of the essence with tick bites? Yet we waited an hour before finding out they can’t treat a tick bite. . Went to the emergency room (Bon Secours staff not only didn’t recommend hospital treatment they acted surprised when we said we’d have to go to the er - have they not heard of tick borne diseases??) Hospital staff diagnosed, tested, provided hydration, pain management, and antibiotics.
