Brought my granddaughter to the office around 12 after picking her up from school with a terrible ear ache. Was told I need to make appt for 4 because provider was very busy. Left and came back at 3:45. Was told they were behind and there were 3 ahead of me. Granted we live a distance away. Well we did not get served until almost 6 and was unable to fill prescription. Thus she still has pain in ear an ear infection. It will be difficult for her to attend school. The staff was not friendly and told me they were not allowed to turn tv on.  Why have the tv on the wall? It would help to relax patients as they wait! I suggest this facility to work on their processes to better serve their customers.

My only concern was the wait time once I was taken back to the exam room….a little over 2 hours as I was in extreme pain with my sciatica…other than that everything else went smoothly…
