Unfortunate accident with an exacto knife landed me in urgent care for a few stitches early Saturday morning. The wait was short, the staff was courteous and efficient and the doctor/nurses were great. Everything was explained to me and I was in and out in 40 minutes (which included a little time for me to let some light headed feelings pass). I've been here before with my daughter (for illness issues) and came back because the experience was great. I recommend this location and it is my first choice should I have to return. Call ahead and find out the wait time and if they can handle your needs. Although the wait time may change by the time you arrive, it gives you an idea of the situation.

Very kind staff and extremely clean inside. The establishment seems a bit understaffed, I waited over an hour to get in to my appointment, and that was after checking in twenty minutes early. Having only one provider and only a few nurses with how trafficked the waiting room was seems like an unfair burden on the staff, as well as clients. I watched multiple people, sick and/or injured, get up and leave because they weren't prioritized over drug tests and vaccines, and we're waiting for 30+ minutes. It's very obvious that everyone's doing the best with what they can, but more people on deck and a better system for organizing walk-ins and appointments is a very clear need.

Hi, I took my daughter to urgent care and was told we had to make an appointment two hours later. If it’s by walk in you should rename the place, because there wasn’t anything urgent about it when you have to schedule an appointment when you’re sick.

I have achy joints, right ear ache and afraid I had a UTI. Keith Yoder is number one in my book. He kind, Caring and super knowledgeable.  I have great respect for him!

Ear pain for 7 days was able to make online appt for the next morning after booking online. Booked evening before.

Had a tooth extracted a few days ago.  I felt it might be infected and with a faulty aortic valve replacement I can't take a chance at infection.  Since I couldn't see the gum area I needed someone that knew about infections.  The care was excellent and I have every confidence in the PA.  It is not infected.

The Physician assistant had the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and knew to send me to the ER right away!

Would definitely recommend - efficient, knowledgeable and caring.
