I was able to get in and out quickly when I was texted asking if I needed a follow up and I did. I pre booked and checked in for an appointment so there was practically no wait to be seen. Christine was very kind and empathetic, so I would highly recommend urgent care

At 7:30 in the evening my elderly father decided to run his walker over my toe (as fast and hard as possible). The nail was torn 3/4 out of the nail bed and I wasn't sure if it needed to be removed or was it better to leave it for protection. I called several urgent care facilities and was told they were no longer taking patients. All the urgent care centers near me close at 8 but I decided to call Bon Secours and they told me to come that they were still accepting patients. I walked in at 7:45 and they took me in no problem. Everyone was friendly and very nice. They got me in and out quickly and didn't make me feel stupid for coming in for a toe nail injury. I highly recommend Bon Secours over other urgent care centers.

I had been fighting a cough for several days. My wife and I were traveling, and decided to set up an appointment online. It was very easy. We were greeted with smiles and our appointment confirmed. The intake person was very good and got me to the room before my scheduled time. The NP was very thoughtful and listened to my needs. I was in and out in a few minutes and prescriptions were sent to my designated pharmacy. I feel much better after just one day of steroids. So grateful. I would recommend this Urgent Care Center for anyone traveling through Harrisonburg, VA.
