The reason I came to this Urgent Care was I dropped by this one and another one in the area. I was actually offered an appointment at this one, not the other one. I saw Ronnie Sadler-Chapman, NP. He was so warm, friendly and personable. He demonstrated a great sense of humor, which would ease anyone. He took a great of time gathering information. He made me extremely comfortable where I felt like I could ask questions. I also felt listened to and respected. We need more professionals with his bedside manners.

I use this urgent care as a preference but when I went in for back pain they were so quick to dismiss me. First the nurse did my vitals and asked why I was there and the first response I got was “we don’t prescribe pain medicine”, then the doc came in, and I told him what was going on and I got “we don’t prescribe narcotics here”… I was not even examined. I sat in the chair and cried because I’m not there for pain medicine I want to know what is wrong with me!! I wouldn’t even accept the ibuprofen script recommended. I just wanted answers. It wasn’t until tears fell that the doc explained what I need to do since the urgent care can’t do much for me. I usually have all positive things to say about this place but I have never felt more like a drug seeker in my life, which I am not and never have been. I appreciate the docs conversation and empathy but that should have came first instead on insinuating I just wanted pain pills.
