Considering I paid $75 , I had to do all if the work myself on MY phone including pictures of my insurance card and information, then to do an urine test to find it negative and then the Dr comes in and tells me that nothing he could do but go to the ER. Think I need my money back. Will not be coming back.

My son was sick, even though I work there it was my first time actually being on the opposite side of the registration process. My honest opinion is that it was extremely easy, I did the complete registration process at home, the wait was minimal and as always the care was great. Even before I obtained a position with the company I have always had a great experience, no complaints, staff amazing!! Most definitely would recommend, always have!

I gave the staff friendliness a 3 as a combo score. The PA was a fantastic listener and communicator! The Xray Tech who took my vitals and administered a COVID test was very business-like and curt, and that's OK because she did her job just fine and she wasn't necessarily rude. Not everyone has to be bubbly to perform job functions well. I don't know if "friendliness" is a fair category for reviews for Healthcare. Friendliness may apply more to the hospitality field.

My only and major complaint was the check-in process. I'm older and limited in technology skills. There were two people at desk with three total people in waiting room, two of which we're checking in ( myself included.). I was instructed on what I had to do and when I asked if they could just check me in, they said "no, that was their process", even though I saidy phone was limited as was I.As a retired nurse, and an aging citizen, I find this total reliance on all people ha ing cell phones and understanding the technology beyond just receiving and sending a phone call, woefully unacceptable. You're paying two employees, but you're handing the workload of the check in process over to your sick patients. I will go elsewhere next time, just be sure of the lack of service at front desk only.
