Came in due to pain in my ear for the last 2 weeks. Waiting about 10 minutes to see the doctor and he was able to diagnose my problem within 5 minutes. Started me on meds same day and symptoms have already started to go away.

I presented with a UTI  I was seen immediately by a friendly receptionist who graciously helped me with check in The assistant efficiently took my vitals etc. she was friendly.  The Doc explained everything in a caring, friendly and cleverly humorous way! The facility is bright, clean and peaceful! I am lucky to have it so close. Thanks

Check in for me was a little bit difficult but the young lady at the desk helped me out tremendously and then I was called back and the young lady that was there I think her name was Cherrell she was amazing so super sweet listening she talked to me with care and then she showed me very things that I needed to go into take care of my problem that was going on and then I'm got me situated then the doctor beautiful all everybody there was just really humble really nice sweet and they listen they listen to me and they heard what was wrong with me and I must say after yesterday I feel so much better now I'm not not 100%, but I am walking better I don't hurt I am so amazed that they heard me and they didn't just throw something at me just to appease me they really listen to me and they heard me and I appreciate that more than anything because I didn't want to be sick and so I applaud all of them thank you for just being you, and helping me get better.

Very efficient process, from start to finish. The doctor, & all of the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant & very patient.  A very pleasant experience !

Overall my experience was positive and the care I received was very good. My one complaint is about the registration process. Even though I was the first person in that morning I was directed by the staff person (in a less than friendly manner) to use the iPad to begin the check in process. As an existing Bon Secours patient I find the process archaic as it asks basic questions that should be easily accessible from my record. I also did not like that the system forces you to complete the process on your phone. This is very tedious. I also saw a senior woman come in and have to go through the same thing and it was clear she was struggling, trying to complete everything on her phone. It is an extremely impersonal system. I recognize a system like this is supposed to increase efficiency but it was frustrating to see that while we were trying to fill everything out on our phones the staff member behind the window was watching YouTube videos on her computer.

The registration process was very user-friendly and quick. Wait time was very good…was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Dr Dietz was very engaged with a great listening ear to really understand and evaluate my sickness.
