Doctor Dietz is the best! He really displays integrity and compassion with his patients. I would recommend him for any medical situation. He takes him time and doesn’t rush you out. We need many more like him. The triage nurse is so welcoming and helpful. She makes sure to go over all current medications and allergies with you before you see the doctor. She’s very pleasant and soothing when you’re not feeling your best. The light skin woman with the beautiful curly hair at registration is so awesome. She seems to know how to run the front end extremely well and could probably do it alone. She’s very informative about the process and helps her counterpart with almost everything. I love this place and will continue to come here if needed in the future.

Staff was so kind, despite a long day of many sick folks in the lobby. Grateful for the care & praying I will be on the mend in the next week. Thank You!

Positive, no problems. The help was genuine and the the nurse took time to explain each step.

I was at work not feeling well, and I decided to schedule an appointment. The scheduling process is long and repetitive. Why do we have to schedule on line or by phone and when we arrive we have to basically do the same thing we just completed. Also the reason for scheduling an appointment is to cut down on the wait time.  I saw clients walk in and were seen before me and I had an appointment. I know this to be true because the young lady at the desk helped them  register on their phone. Please tell me how that makes sense.  I will say once I was called back to exam room  my experience got better. The physician was very friendly and knowledgeable and she had an excellent bedside manner.  I would recommend Bon Secour Urgent Care, but they need to improve the scheduling  process. It doesn’t make sense for a client to walk in and be given a link to register on their phone when the person sending the link could just register you.

Received an order for physical and drug screen. Went to assigned location. Was surprised to bee seen quickly and cared for so professionally. Everyone was Friendly and caring.

I had not been to this Urgent Care Center before and was very pleased with the service and the care I received. Everything was done very smoothly. All the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to others.

Having been my first time to this clinic and site I can say with confidence it won’t be my last time. From the receptionist who offered her assistance in the registration process, to the nurse who administered care with kindness to the PA who listened to me and not just treated me like a number and push me through.  Great visit inspite of me not feeling well.

The doctor is/was amazing. If I could have him as my PCP I would!
