Check in process is a hassle especially when dealing with pain. Needs to be simpler. People were great once I finally could actually check in to be seen.

My appointment was a walk-in. I came in because I was having allergic reaction. The bedside manner was great. I would recommend the provider. It is a convenient location. The staff was very attentive and hospitable. The doctor appeared confident in his diagnosis.

Everyone was very nice. Dr. Dryers had such a caring and kind spirit. I truly appreciate his excellent care in attending to my medical needs. Pardon me if I  misspelled his name.

The only problem I had was my wait. I made an appointment online and there were many appointment times available. That had me thinking there would be little to no wait. When I arrived, there were others waiting to be seen. Which is understandable because you all accept walk in care. My suggestion is there should be a way to block off appointments online to accommodate the fact that there are walk in appointments as well. There was someone else who scheduled an appointment and thought the same and we both waited over an hour for our appointment. I understand only having one provider (she was very nice and thanked me for my patience.) I also understand that walk in appointments can be unpredictable. It just seemed a bit misleading to schedule an appointment at a certain time and then have to wait an hour to be seen.

The entire staff is wonderful, kind and professional. I’ll never go to any other urgent care in the area. I highly recommend anyone to come to this location if they aren’t feeling well. Thank you all so much!

Today was my first visit at this location. I was very plz from beginning to end. Staff very sweet and friendly and knowledgeable. I would truly recommend this place to my family and friends and people I don’t know. Only one way to say it they are GREAT
