I was seen and it was recommended that I get in touch with my PCP to order the lab work. I think they should be able to order the labs and then send results to pcp because I had to wait days to get an appointment with PCP. The practitioner was really nice so no complaints with the NP but the practice needs to change to ordering tests because you go to urgent care because you can’t get an appt with your pcp!

This location has become my go to because of the ease in scheduling, kindness from staff, nurses, and doctors, and the cleanliness and overall efficiency. I recommend them to everyone.

Desk clerk helped with check in issues on my phone & was called back promptly..Saw a PA, who seemed good & competent.. pleasant, listened....Advised follow up with my Dermatologist, which I am doing. Would recommend.

I was able to walk right in and was seen right away. The NP was very friendly and great he diagosed me and called in meds to help me feel better. The nurse was very friendly. The lady at the check in was very helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend the Bon Secours Urgent card center when you cannot get an appointment with your primary care physician.

The nurse who took my vitals and the doctor who saw me were great!  The lady at the front desk however, was additional to say the least. At first she was friendly, when she told me I had to pay 180 that day to be seen and I said I can’t do that, her personality switched up very quickly. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and acted like I blamed her for the cost. After a few minutes of her attitude, she said “well you gotta pay 30 percent if you wanna be seen if not then…..” just left the sentence due off after “then”. She could use some training. I could pay 30 percent no problem, but her behavior was icky when I said I wouldn’t be paying 180.

Has been experiencing foot pain. Check in was quick and I was taken right back to see the provider. Everyone was nice and professional.

The staff provided compassionate and knowledgeable care. They look time with me and made every effort to help to ameliorate my symptoms and provide relevant treatment and care.

Never had a bigger issue in my life with a simple prescription. No pharmacy carries it. They are baffled they chose this. And now I can’t get a different one sent.

The staff was friendly accommodating and able to help.  I was a walk in, not feeling well.  The staff was able to calm my worries. I would recommend this provider.

Best office location your company has ever had!! Will be going back.
