Woke up this morning with aches. Thought it was just going to be a bad bones day but started getting dizzy running a fever. Staff was wonderful, friendly, and generally concerned. Being the day before Thanksgiving they were very thorough to make sure I wasn’t really sick and where to go if I felt worse tomorrow. 5 stars!!!

Recently I was in ur facility twice in about 2 weeks with same symptoms. The factory was clean, reception staff was pleasant and helpful. In both instances the wait was short. Upon being moved to an exam room I was seen by a med tech about my vitals and within a few minutes I was seen by à NP who discussed my symptoms and provided treatment. To sum it up, I found all the staff efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I have been to 2 of BonSecours urgent care facilities and both provided similar care. I recommend these facilities!!

The lady at the front check in office was awesome and made me feel comfortable! Kept me posted when my time in line. I noticed she was very pleasant with the others who checked in! The doctor was knowledgeable and very helpful and e planned everything to me about my Foot. Great clinic .

This is a super fantastic Urgent Care center. From the check-in woman, to personalized sample taking, to extreme care of the medical care staff of the initial care by the technical staff women, all staff were professional to the upmost, especially with the Medical Provider's diagnosis, attentiveness, and prescription choice. She saved me, instantly. I will go only there from now on. Thank you again for your care.
