Walked in ,checked in , wait time was approximately 45 min, Dr Morey listened to my issue and treated me with respect, requested xray and PT. staff was friendly. Xray came back within an hr or so. Thankfully nothing broken.. I would reccomend this Staunton, VA urgent care.

From check in to check out,the ladies at Bon Secours go above and beyond to provide premium care to their patients. Sarah made check in smooth and easy, CC the nurse was gentle and caring, and Tina the NP was amazing. She listened to my concerns took great care with her exam and got me moving in the right direction. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my care.

Everyone, from check-in to direct care were very courteous and attentive to my needs.  Very pleased!!!

The waiting time is too long for the few patients we had been waiting for. The Tayos X team was out of service so I had the discomfort of having to go to the hospital and wait longer for them to see me. In the clinic they didn't even clean me, or disinfect my wound.

Had to take a drug test. Got in and out pretty quick

Had a scheduled appointment and waited over an hour as three walking were taken before me. I said something to office staff as one hour wait for scheduled time and Solv app stating no one was in front of me. When I finally was brought back the wait there wasn’t long. However the provider did absolutely no assessment and provided me with exact same work restrictions. As this is WC I have to follow up here but given a choice I would not return. Last time I reported no toilet paper in ladies room. This time giant roll sitting on dispenser and partially wet TP

Tina the np was amazing! Scheduling online was a great option. Having zero access to my medxpress history isn't helpful! Highly recommend Tina

Scheduled for an appointment at 1 p.m. and waited a whole hour until I was called back, even though the waiting room was empty. I go back and they get my vital, swab for strep (having acute tonsil pain), and then abandon me again for an entirely whole other hour. When Dr. Morey came to see me, she sent in antibiotics, but told me all I would really need was allergy medicine. After 2 hours of waiting, even after having made an appointment, I am told that it is only allergies? What is the point of making an appointment if no one is going to help you even when there are no other patients waiting? The only positive experience was the ease of scheduling and the office being decently clean. I would never recommend this place, especially for anyone who has any kind of responsibilities.

Had to do a post accident drug screen for my job. I was in and out within probably 45 min. It might not have even been that long. But staff was very friendly and "fun loving" for lack of better words. Idk if that makes sense but, I was very satisfied with the care and professionalism.
