Having to put my insurance in EVERY SINGLE TIME is so annoying. I get it the insurance changes all the time but it doesn’t change every single visit. You’ll keep my ID on file but you won’t keep my insurance. I think you should allow us to just update you when our insurance changes. I can understand once a year or even twice a year when there’s open enrollment. But not every single time

Came in with really bad siatic pain. Wait time was like and hour when it was only me and one other person, receptionist was really kind and helpful. Went in to see doctor jesse all he did was looked at me and asked what was wrong and prescribed me medicine and told me I was good to go when I was in so much pain. I was truly dissatisfied and for spend $150 just for someone not to help and relieve my pain went it’s literally urgent CARE! I’m just shocked on how terrible it was and only was seen for maybe about 2 minutes tops.
