woke up yesterday with a horrible pain in my throat, i walked into this urgent care and was immediately greeted with a smile and empathy. i walked into given clear instructions on how to check-in and there were 11 people ahead of me, and somehow they got me in there in under 30 mins. the staff were so kind and thoughtful, providing me with different forms of payment and options given the kind of insurance situation i have. amazing experience.

Very fast and easy check-in as I did it online. Upon arrival, I was checked in fast and easy was taken to a room within five minutes doctor was in and out from the time of arrival till ending. I was only there for maybe 20 minutes

Was easily able to schedule and get to my appointment. Check-in took no time at all and the staff were so kind and efficient. The care I received was great

Came here on a Saturday to get a drug screening for employment. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Hours are great! I had 24 hours to get my test done so offering it to be done at a walk-in clinic as opposed to a lab was very convenient. I’ve already suggested this clinic to others.

Walked in after work and was seen immediately. The staff was attentive, conscientious, friendly and professional.  Highly recommend this practice.

I had cut myself didn’t call for an appointment walked in and they were able to check me in and get it taken care of. The staff are very friendly and the facility was very clean. Was very happy with the treatment.

Went with mouth tooth/mouth pain and entire neck on same side in pain. Sure that I had an abscess or infection of some kind and saw a foreign doctor that was difficult to understand and he rushed through my exam. He said I had a broken tooth and that pain in my neck was nerve related. But its my body and I know when I have an infection. Then he argued with me about the antibiotics because I wanted liquid or chewable and he just kept saying the dosage wouldnt be right however, I had this problem previously on other side of my mouth and they gave me oral suspension with no back talk. Then for pain he tells me to take ibuprofen. Headache medicine. For a broken tooth. I wait all that time, gonna pay 200$ for that?! Pointless. Nothing for pain and didnt even give me the form of antibiotics I need. I won't be coming back to this location again.

Waited in room 50 minutes and never seen all while hearing which other rooms the doctor was to go in. Heard patient that was behind me being seen before me. I left UNSEEN and have requested a refund of co-pay! The staff doesnt realize you can hear all their talk in the room!. Awaiting refund
