Worst experience ever. There are no providers available in person and there is only an overworked receptionist present. They have you come in to the clinic only to conduct a virtual visit. The tracking system is a lie, there were more people ahead of me than listed. Ended up requesting a refund a going to a more professional urgent care provider. Don't waste your time or money at Brazos.

Receptionist and nursing assistant were respectful, engaging, and attentive to our needs. However, the actual physician that attended to us seemed dismissive to any symptoms we were experiencing. There seemed to have been a prejudice against us and we felt belittle by the comments and care given.

I wish we could’ve experienced good and professional health care. But this was not the case. The attention to what I was experiencing was pushed under the rug. The doctor was very dismissive to anything we had to say. I was very disappointed to have experienced this from a health care provider.  I’d like to add the only good health care professional who was respectful and friendly was the lady at the front desk.
