Had a wonderful first time visiting. Scheduled my ear issues with same day appointment. Showed up earlier and was seen before my time. Woke up this morning, feeling congested and rundown. After hearing from my daughter that four members of her family have strep, flu, and Covid. I decided I better make a visit to urgent care. So, got an appointment right away with Broken to Better and received the usual excellent care. Got my diagnosis, meds, and out the door within 45 minutes. It would’ve been sooner, but the test take 15 minutes to process. Staff is awesome!Love Broken to Better Urgent Care.

Had received multiple fire ant bits on my feet. Your location was highly recommended by a co worker. Went directly to your online site, made an appointment for the same day! Clean waiting room. Helped right away. Only waited fifteen minutes to be seen.  They took all my insurance.  The doctor was pleasant and understanding. Prescribed my medication, gave medical advice and wrote my medical note for missed workdays.  Super experience considering the situation.
