I’ve been to this urgent care several times but I’ll never go in the evening again! Their online hours say they close at 10:00pm and they told me they weren’t seeing any more patients at 6:32pm!! That is complete nonsense! I need to write a formal complaint to someone

This facility is the worst!! The place says it opens at 8am and yet the doctors walk in when they feel like it. I was mistreated badly by the nurse practitioner there named Thora Francois who also doesn’t come in on time. I went for a doctors note for work and having already filled it out she ripped up my paperwork and then when I attempted to go into the garbage to get it she ripped it up some more then called the cops on me and refused to service me after the facility already ran my insurance. I asked for her name and information and was denied. I was then forced to go to the emergency room where my insurance would be run again due to her unprofessionalism. Many people know that Brookdale is known in a bad light and she is part of the problem NOT the solution. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because there was no one else there to even help me.

It's truly a shame that you have to goto white neighborhoods to get good medical care. I live in White Plains but staying in BK to care for my mom. Came to Brookdale (non)Urgent Care. They were quick to take my insurance info & charge a co-pay. After waiting 2.5 hrs to be seen, 1 min after speaking with the Dr she says I need to goto the ER. Not once did anyone ask what I was here for. I have extreme pain in my left calf & now chest pain possibly a DVT\Bloodclot. So wasting 2+ hrs @ this place only to be charged for it & have absolutely nothing done is ludicrous. Everybody that works there cannot do their job themselves, it seems everything is a 2-person job. When only 1 person is around nothing gets done. And there's never 2 ppl around. Which is why you sit & waste time waiting. Spoke with supervisor Tyrell Harrison to ask them to refund my co-pay & he politely told me to go away. Stay as far away from this place as possible if you want actual care or anything urgent because this place cares about neither. After going thru that why wound I want to goto Brookdale's ER.
