It was great. I received two infusions there and the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered drinks (soda, water, coffee) and treat's like granola bars and salami sticks. The process takes about an hour and a half. 10/10 I would highly recommend this practice.

Beyond pleased. I was able to get my mother an appointment within a day or two of her heightened Covid symptoms at the Battle Creek location. She was so afraid her symptoms would worsen as days past. With the help of the providers and the infusion/treatment received her symptoms started to alleviate days after. She was considered high risk and if this wasn’t available to us at the time I’m afraid she would have been hospitalized.

Went to see the nurse practitioner Kari McClain. Horrible experience. Condescending, arrogant, and rude. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

My mother went for an infusion and was treated so badly. She is wheel chair bound and had to have a van service take her to and from appointments. She was having an adverse reaction to the drugs. Was weak and very pale. The van was late getting there to pick her up so nurses had her pushed into the parking lot under a shade tree and left her. While they locked the doors and went home. I called Dr abbas office in Lansing and they have done nothing about this abuse.
