I work for a hospital so I can usually appreciate when things take longer than usual or physicians who can’t spend enough time with patients. The wait time was fine, the physician was nice, but her exam was very brief and didn’t make me feel confident as a patient, I know she knows what’s doing and I had a typical chief complaint, but it felt rushed. The girl at the front desk truly is just rude for no reason and it’s obvious she would rather spend time on her phone than work.

I was the only patient there. I waited for 40 minutes before one of the nurses came out. It turns out the person at the front desk forgot to say that I was waiting and so I was waiting for no reason.
