The instruction and treatment is not optimal prescribing OTC medication is not helpful since it’s been used already without relief . So we visited the clinic for better treatment options which were not provided

Scheduled a 3:30, not seen until 4:30. Was not informed that there was no xray machine onsite. Wasted a good chunk of my afternoon and they could not provide the care needed. Urgent cares should have xray machines or at the very least give warning that they lack the necessary equipment.
