Hello: This morning's appointment was my first at Carbon Health. The receptionist was welcoming and professional. She made the registration easy to complete and later, when I was unable to pull my test results from my phone, printed a copy for me to take. The nurse practitioner was also welcoming, professional and informative. I would recommend this location and this urgent care to everyone!

Having to wait for 40 mins for my appointment. No paper towels in the bathroom. Then was told they were totally out of paper towels and kleenex. Staff seemed overworked and tired. Too many cases of Flu and Colds going around.

the PA, Leslie Cady, was abrupt, clearly had little time, confrontational, and had poor listening skills. Furthermore, when she said my referral paperwork would have the referring doctor’s information on it, I discovered when I got home that it had no info, just my personal info. I tried calling but could not even get a hold of the front desk. I had a great experience the last time I was there, but this time makes me doubt I will be back to that location.
