Easily scheduled. Very welcoming and very effective. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone, and I have worked in hospitals for 20 years. I can’t say enough nice things about the speed, caregiving, and treatment plan instructions. I would recommend my Provider, based on knowledge and reassurance alone.

The PA, Colette, was great! She is smart, supportive, insightful and a great communicator. Colette provided exactly the care I needed. This was my first Carbon Health experience. I was skeptical, but this visit exceeded expectations

The clinician was lovely, but the check in medical assistant was quite rude. Very poor patient rapport for a medical setting and generally for any person-person interaction. I came in feeling really ill and did not need to be meant in that manner. Aside from that one medical assistant, everything else was lovely. Easy to schedule, clinician was lovely, quick wait time etc

Getting an appointment was easy and check-in was on time. However, I sat in an exam room for over 45 minutes before seeing the provider, who was very thorough and nice. Wait time is unacceptable. Staffing or scheduling should be adjusted.

I feel so lucky to have this urgent care fairly close to me. It is comforting to know there’s someone there when I really need them and no doctors are around! The care I received was outstanding.!

Carbon Health staff have a very warm professional manner putting their patients at ease. Today ,was the first time I've used their urgent care services and they provided me with excellent care making the necessary steps to take to heal

Collette was fantastic. Took time to listen to me. Was fabulous on bedside manner and calming presence. 100% recommend her.

I was seen by a PA not a doctor.  When I asked for meds to help with the issue I’m having, he said there really isn’t anything he could prescribe. I then setup a zoom with an MD with one medical the next day and he wrote a script. I paid 50 dollars for the office visit and got 0 help. You guys should refund my money.
