Went in for a Covid test, had an appointment. Went in, staff in the front took my info. Didn’t wait long to be tested. Everything was done fast and easy. Super friendly staff.

Everything work fine while I visit the clinic, but after the visit and I went to my pharmacy to pick up the prescription. The pharmacy told me they could not find the prescription, and then I called clinic and they told me maybe wait another hour. I called the pharmacy again after one hour and they still could not find the prescription, then I have to call the clinic again. Then the clinic called the pharmacy and figured out the wrong date of birth was given. It’s been at least 5 hours after I left the clinic when I finally got the medicines and made several calls and two trips to the pharmacy. I don’t understood how could this low level of mistake had been happened, but while the patient is suffering a lot of pain, and the clinic made this mistake, any time of unnecessary waiting is bringing more pains to the patient l.
