I’m surprised there are no doctors here. It was the PA’s 1st day. She used A I. No Covid Flu Or RSV tests given. Very hesitant.

I’ve been here several times and the staff has always been very warm and welcoming. The doctor has always greeted me with a smile , and takes the time to listen to my problems. It’s hard to get into seeing your primary care doctor nowadays so being able to make an appointment at urgent care has come with so much ease. I appreciate everything you guys do.

Excellent experience.  Easy to schedule and no waiting.  Everyone was extremely professional and personable.  I very been to this office four times and it has been great every time.

Carbon Health is the closest urgent care. I had a problem in the early morning, got online & found their scheduling app. I was able to get in @ 8 am. The staff is efficient & caring. They have their own xray in house. So I didn't have to go out & come back. The doctor explained everything clearly. She is friendly & professional.

Not very patient friendly.             One time slot is scheduled for more than one person.

Excellent service to front desk to Medical Assistant and the Doctor!!!! Loved that you could make appointment yourself online. Would highly recommend!! Loved that everyone wore a mask and everything was so clean !!

Doctor and staff provided care and was thorough. Appropriate test were conducted.

Scheduling was easy. Receptionist experienced was difficult. Wait time was terrible. We were not seen until more than an hour and a half after beyond our appointment time and there were only two other patients in the office.

The place appeared clean especially for an Urgent Care. It took about 10 minutes of waiting in line to check in. There was only 3 families ahead of me who all also had appointments but it took another 30 minutes to be called to the back. Then 15 minutes of waiting in the room. The lights actually shut off at one point. Then I was seen for about a minute. Finally another 10 minutes of waiting in line to leave. The whole process was over an hour to be looked at for about a minute. All the staff were nice and I would probably come back.
