There was no experience because I had called the night before and scheduled an appointment. But prior to doing that, I asked if my insurance was accepted and was told yes it was. I was extremely sick and waited until the following day for my appointment time at 1:40. When I got there the receptionist looked at my insurance cards and said oh sorry we don't take this insurance. I am talking sick to the point where I could hardly walk. Extremely disappointed and do not understand the mix-up. Apparently the calls go to a call center rather than to the clinic and whoever answered the phone didn't have a clue as to what she was talking about. I was recommended to this facility by a friend who had nothing but good things to say about it. I can't really give it a fair rating since I never made it past the front desk. Wish things would have turned out differently. Whoever is working the call center obviously does not know what's going on and that is bad business for the clinic. The right hand needs to know what the left hand is doing.

I’m disappointed. I thought this facility also had a Covid testing only center, as well as an urgent care. When I made the appointment I expected to be in and out within 20 minutes( thinking it had something set up for just testing). I was told that I’d see the doctor as well and they were 40 minutes behind. The receptionist was nice.
