Wow, what a positive experience! First time visiting for persistent symptoms that I thought were related to strep throat. Booking a same day appointment was seamless, I was able to get an appointment 3 minutes later, receptionist answered the phone promptly and explained there is a free parking lot behind the building, was seen right away, staff was friendly, intelligent and competent and I was treated quickly. Picked up my medication afterwards without issue. Clean and modern facility. Fantastic company, people and services!

I went in for a dry cough and sore throat. They did a combination Covid, FLU and RSV test and told me to check the app in 40 minutes. I went home and then received a voicemail saying something that was very hard to understand because the girl was mumbling and talking very fast- bottom line, I will not get test results for whatever reason and they want me to come back tomorrow- I won’t be doing that. Very disappointing visit.

This was awful. I got confirmation on my app that I had a 9:45 appointment. There was no one there when I arrived around 9:15. When I got there, she couldn’t find it. She was not helpful and did not let me know the wait time. I noticed when I got an alert for an appointment at 10:45. I had been waiting since 9:15 and it had been an hour so I asked her (after watching everyone be taken before me) and she said “I don’t know… probably at this rate you’ll get in at 10:45”. I left. Your app was very difficult, staff was rude, you’re out of PCR tests? I will never return. So awful.

PA was terrific. But prior to visit, It was not clear what time my appointment was. Received 2 different time confirmations. Impossible to access lab results as the site for results would not open.. No one returned my recorded messages. All my calls routed to machine

Clean, fast and friendly…HOWEVER: Their app doesn’t work and their phone system doesn’t work after a dozen calls and messages a I had to drive back over to get my test results. I dialed their number on speaker phone in front of the receptionist and she could hear the message but her phone did not ring. They need to get their act together
