Felt taken care of.  Easy to get appointment. Didn’t have to wait long. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is a godsend when you need to be seen immediately for a medical issue.  The staff is personable, professional and attentive.  I’ve never waited too long even as a walk in.  The facility is modern and pristine without that “doctor’s office” vibe.  I recommend Carbon Health to all my Alameda family and friends!

Had a sore throat was able to schedule same day appointment and swab for strep throat . Had a rapid strep throat exam and was able to get antibiotics prescribed same day . The doctor was super friendly and so was front desk and MA . Would highly recommend anyone to go there for urgent needs !

I was told on the phone that a pre-op physical could be done there. I arrived paid my co-pay and was told they would not do it

The visit was fine.the issue was they told me to head to another location for an x-ray and said I could head over whenever. They did NOT tell me they made an appointment for 3 hours later after I was already on the road and didn't ask of that time was good for me. The location is not close to home so I have wasted a lot of time.

I specifically detailed the type of test for which I was making an appointment. The system allowed me to make an appt at 5:45pm. When I arrived, I was told that type of test can’t be taken at night. It can only be taken during the morning or afternoon… therefore I wasted my time going to your facility. Additionally, I called before making the appt. I spoke with the woman who answered the phone. Told her the type of test I needed to take. She confirmed the facility conducted this type of test. She then instructed me to make an online appt. I shared with her one was available in an hour (5:45pm) and I’d book it. She did NOT tell me that I would not be able to take the test at this time. Not only should your employees know what they are doing, but your online booking system should not permit one to make an appt during the times when testing is not permitted.
