Easy to schedule, taken on time, pleasant calm staff, and the facility is very clean.

Efficient knowledgeable and minimal waiting. Phlebotomist was amazing, I felt nothing

Woke up in the middle of the night with pink eye, was easily able to schedule an appointment at 8am for that day. Was in and out in 25 minutes. Only downfall is that doors do not open till exactly 8 but as a new patient I knew there would be paperwork so that was a bit off.

I thought I was having an allergic reaction - bad hay fever. The PA that helped me was kind, took her time examining me and gave a thoughtful conclusion. She thought it was Bell's Palsy but wanted me to have further testing to determine if it was a stroke. I appreciated her thoroughness and candor. She gave me a referral to emergency - which was helpful. I then went to emergency at Sierra Vista where they diagnosed it as Bell's Palsy. I am so pleased she reviewed both possible options.

The doctor we saw was amazing. Very impressed with her.

Receptionist was extremely unfriendly. CNA - was very kind and friendly they diagnosed me before the doc came in. PA was an hour behind.  She came in very much like a deer in headlights. I told her what I thought was the problem she agreed and told me she would send the script and asked if I had any questions. She never alluded to reading any of my medical history; didn’t give me a description of my diagnosis. Didn’t coach me on ANY care! She just stared at me and said sorry for the wait. This appointment out of pocket was $225 for the quality of care it was ONLY worth $40! These Carbon Health PA’s and doctors should take some more bedside manner lessons.

Everything for my appointment went very very well. All the staff were fantastic and my provider was GREAT. She really helped me. I thought it was the best visit I have ever had at Carbon Health, and I have no complaints about any other visit . I can’t say enough how much I appreciate everyone who helped me. They were all exceptional! We have some follow up to come and I look forward to their continued help. I would highly recommend Carbon Health.

After my appointment, an incorrect prescription was ordered at my pharmacy. The pharmacy caught the error and explained that they were attempting to work with Carbon to get it corrected. I still don’t have the medicine.

Easy check-in, short wait and extremely efficient and competent health provider. It’s great to have this facility for small medical emergencies.

My practitioner explained things thoroughly and gave me treatment options. She was caring and patient. She allowed for my questions. I would highly recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care.
