I did not have high expectations bc all of the other urgent care places make you wait forever! But I was in in a matter of minutes. The doctor did not feel rushed to get me out. Hoping she can help me get to the bottom of it but for urgent care, this was a win.

Staff was amazing and very friendly, especially the girl at the front who was checking everyone in. She was wonderful and deserves a raise! It was a Sunday afternoon 1/5 and got really busy all at once. But she was so professional and helpful to everyone, and very personable.

Scheduling was easy, staff was pleasant. There were billing issues that were not Carbon's fault And the staff was helpful in giving me all the info they could to bring to my insurance provider. The MA and PA were friendly. However I was not asked appropriate questions about preexisting conditions and was prescribed a medication that could have caused severe liver damage if I'd taken as prescribed. I was doing my own research on the medication before taking which is the only reason I saw the contraindication. I reached out on the carbon app to see if the med was safe and never received a response.
