The experience at the facility was excellent, however the post visit access to results is awful! Link sent to mobile phone does not work (fails verification and lock out). Setting up an account does not work either (email already in use). Calling the front desk resulted in being sent to a voice mail with a promise to call back in a business day…. I just want to get the results - it should not be this hard!!

I paid $200 For rapid PCR test to get the results in an hour and it’s been 10 hours and I haven’t gotten results and now I may not even be able to make the class that I was supposed to attend and paid a lot of money for. Very unhappy with the service here
