Scheduled a 3:30, not seen until 4:30. Was not informed that there was no xray machine onsite. Wasted a good chunk of my afternoon and they could not provide the care needed. Urgent cares should have xray machines or at the very least give warning that they lack the necessary equipment.

Wait time took forever and they weren’t prepared for my apt. Wasted 45 minutes of my time. The meds I needed to freeze a wart they did not have available. How does that happen? Poorly run facility.

My only compliant is their website says they do X-rays on site.  They do not.  Staff is great and care was excellent.

All aspects of visit and staff were excellent . No wait time

I had hives all over for two days. Quickly secured an appointment and within an hour had a shot to settle the hives. Two hours later, I was feeling myself again.

Easy online checkin. Friendly doctors. Clean office. Easy in and out.

Unbelievable level of care. Both PA’s were beyond thorough in diagnosing, treating and following up on my nine year old daughter’s pneumonia. We were in from out of town, and we wished Carbon in our home city was this good. This felt like concierge care. When we got back to our city, and I shared their labs and reports with our doctor, he was also blown away by the care. Carbon Carlsbad should be the flagship for Carbon Health and train everyone else.

Scheduled an appointment for 3:30. Wasn’t seen until 5:30 - there was no urgency. The PA acted annoyed that we were even there. I will NEVER return to this place!

Front desk staff was great. Had deliver tough news on 1hr+ wait time but was kind and honest. Doctor got the job done and but had poor beside manner and seemed defensive. Will go to another urgent care based on that. She seemed to want to argue with me over my question when I was hoping for an opinion answer. I was in pain and bummed that people think my dog bit me when he didn’t. I understand she has to report to make sure misbehaving dogs or dangerous dogs aren’t hurting anyone. I am lucky that is not my situation but understand protocol.
