The check-in process was horrible. The gentleman had no idea what he was doing. He told me I had to get pre-auth from my employer, which is not correct as I had visited this site five days previously, and may other times previously and my insurance was accepted with a co-pay. When I explained that my employer has nothing to do with insurance pre-approval, he continue to argue with me. I had to pay $215, as a cash pay, because of this error. Ridiculous!!!!

Scheduling online was super easy. Was able to get an appointment same day. Staff was super friendly. Wait time wasn't very long considering I went on a Sunday afternoon.

Made an appointment online a few hours before they opened. Arrived and was seen immediately. Everyone was nice. It was fresh and clean. PA was friendly and informative. I haven't been here for a few years. I will keep going back.

The waiting office is clean and attractive. Nurse Practitioner Roxanne was relaxed, kind, professional and thorough and gave me enough time. The care consisted of a plan and follow-up. The front desk staff was handing myriad questions well and effectively. Emily, the medical assistant was knowledgeable and put me at ease.

I had been sick for 3 weeks and not getting better. I scheduled a same day appt easily via the carbon health website. Wait time was very short and the provider addressed all my concerns. I am on the road to recovery and feeling so much better

Physician Assistant are only there to see you, there are no doctors in site. Physician Assistant that saw me saw nothing in my throat, yet when I got to car and checked my throat there way infection/puss in back of throat. They recommended I go to ER since they say nothing. ER saw infection in back of throat and recommended antibiotics and addiction medication. I paid twice to be seen for same thing.

An incorrect dosage was written on a prescription for my child, the pharmacist flagged this.  Phone calls are not being returned at this urgent care to correct the dosage and my child continues to need wait for medicine- it has been 24 hours with no return calls or updated prescription sent to the pharmacy.

I came to your office with clear signs of the flu. The girl in charge of doing the rapid test had no idea what she was doing therefore resulting in a negative test. I then asked for a full panel swab to be done which I had to wait 3 days for, only to be prescribed Paxlovid for Covid when I had influenza A the entire time. The Paxlovid made my heart race bad and I only took the first days worth thank god. Had she done the swab correctly you would’ve been able to prescribe me the correct medicine. I wouldn’t have had to wait three days to find out that I was prescribed the wrong medicine. That is bad practice.!
