I am so grateful to have Carbon Health Urgent Care close to where I live. I always receive the best care from their physicians.

Went in for extreme knee pain that’s been off and on, and of course when I finally go to urgent care, the pain eases up. The PA for the day comes in, asks a bunch of questions, my mom tries to answer but the PA continually cut her off,  not letting her speak. You could tell my mom was getting frustrated and annoyed. Because I couldn’t explain why my knee hurt, and I didn’t injure it, the PA said there’s no point in doing an X-ray since the outside of my knee looked fine. She kept asking me what’s wrong, like for me to diagnose myself, or repeatedly saying she couldn’t figure out why my knee hurt. Well yeah! Had I had an X-ray maybe we’d find something. My mom was done with her, and she said we’re never going back. Total waste of time.

This was my first ever visit to an Urgent Care facility. From the moment I arrived at the Carbon Health Urgent Care office, l was amazed by the professionalism, efficiency and courtesy of the entire staff. The receptionist were very polite and helpful. I found Dr. Nguyen and Julian to be patient, attentive and genuinely concerned with my health. I would like to thank Carbon Health for employing such amazing professionals.

Got stung by a bee . Was seen by dr Amy . She was awesome and actually cared about me and bonus she listened and didn’t rush me out . Went over medications and made sure I understood. Fantastic wish my primary care was like this . A *s all around

Not the best experience as a return patient. Waited over 45 minutes for an appointment I was early for. When I opened the door to find where the Dr was, they asked that I be patient. When the Dr or NP finally arrived, I can tell she was super rushed and seemed they had over booked for the day. Not a good experience for me.

Arrived at 9 for 9;15 appt. Taking to exam rm at 9:20. Answered some questions..NA said Dr would be shortly. PA came in asked a few questions than exam me. Very professional and knowledgeable about my problem..Well done..Very clean/neat etc..Will return

Had great service there. The staff were quick, friendly, and efficient. I was very thankful at the time for there treatment in helping me to get better.
