from the moment I went online to make an appointment to walking in and be greeted with such a smile to the care love for everybody being in the room as I walked out it was absolutely wonderful

Very easy to schedule, got a same day appointment within an hour!  The P.A. Paul was very kind, caring, and professional and diagnosed my wound infection. When he discovered that the Medical Assistant was not available to clean and dress the wounds, he came back to complete the treatment.  Paul also advised of the potential side effects of the antibiotics he prescribed.  A great experience!

My left breast had been sore and achey for a few days, and then I looked and saw a red, inflamed line running along one side and realized it might be an actual infection. I made an online appointment and arrived one hour later, waited just a few minutes, and a very nice M.A. escorted me to the exam room and took my vitals. Very friendly and kind. The PA (or NP) who saw me immediately agreed that it was likely mastitis and called in a prescription for antibiotics. It was really starting to hurt at that point, and so I'm glad I went in. Two days into antibiotics and the pain and inflammation were gone. Thank you!

Great overall experience!! Leslie is awesome!! Staff was as awesome as well.

Incredibly rude front office staff who was blasting rap music and then Latin music. It was so loud, I couldn’t hear her speak. When I told her that I had trouble hearing because the music was so loud, she didn’t bother turning the music down, she just spoke louder…mind you the music was at her controls right next to her.  I waited for 50 minutes even though it was a primary doctor appt and I showed 20 minutes early and there was no one in the office. As people showed up, they would be seen before me. After the 3rd person, I asked the front desk staff why I wasn’t being seen, she said because they have me down as urgent care and appts go before me. I explained to her that it was a primary appt and I had an appt…she didn’t listen and refused to help me. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a doctors office, or anywhere really.   And when the doctor finally saw me, it was a skinny kid who had no bedside manners.  Horrible experience!

It was easy to schedule, they were right on time. Couldn’t have been easier. What a nice change from other Urgent Care/lab facilities.  I told a friend who was really sick and she got in right away with equally great experience.

Made appointment which was quick and easy because I’m already a patient and have been for 3 years. Staff was friendly and helpful, Doc appointment was on time and I left happy.

I was experiencing consistently high blood pressure, chest pain and headaches. The PA was reading charts from other two patients and when her mistakes were brought up to her attention, she seem unpleasant and stepped out of the examination room Upon her return, She dismissed my symptoms as irrelevant and suggested an EKG, since I lost confidence in her professionalism I didn’t follow up with her recommendation .

I’ve been to a number of independent Urgent Care facilities over the years, and this was the best overall experience yet. Front desk, staff, intake, specialist, and medical personnel

Both Gigi and the Health Practitioner, Leslie were friendly and great . Thanks to Leslie , she was able to determine on his to eliminate my itchy allergy . My allergy is slowly healing . The itchiness is gone 👍
