The two ladies in the front check in have absolutely no people skills they lack communication skills and need to be a little more careful on how they talk I repeatedly heard them laughing at patients for the type of care they were receiving. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable. Especially the younger shorter girl up front was just rude. I guess they just hire anybody now a days

had an appt at 10:30 was seen at 11:15 with only 2 others waiting ahead of me, front desk kept disappearing so i didn’t get my check out slip for my PCP from her. Nurse Practitioner was incredibly rushed. I’ve been here 1 other time in february 2020 and had the same exact experience, was hoping it would’ve gotten better but will never return to this urgent care.
