I will never be coming back to this facility. While the scheduling may have been easy, that was probably the best part of my experience. The doctor was rushed (even though I was the only patient around in the entire clinic), dismissive to questions, and blatantly lied about my condition. She refused to talk to me when I tried returning (within 5 minutes of leaving) to ask follow up questions and I am pretty sure did my testing swab incorrectly. The front desk team is nice, but the ultimate care you get from the nurses and doctors is sub par. The nurses have an attitude and the doctors don’t care to actually treat you.

This urgent care is honestly the best and easiest place to go. The staff is wonderful and the doctors are great. The facility is clean, calm, and super chill.

Scheduling was very easy and completed online.  Wait time to be seen was approximately 15 minutes or so after the appointment time.  The time to see the doctor once in the exam room was a bit longer though.  Overall, however, the staff was very accessible and definitely would recommend.

Woke up this morning with an irritation and was able to book an appointment day of. Shelby Howard is amazing - her bedside manner was lovely, and her analysis of the irritation made me feel so comfortable. Shelby and all the staff were welcoming. Highly recommend!

Woke up with a earache went online made a same day appointment. Waiting about 5 mins pass my appointment time (not complaining). Everyone was nice.

Came to this Urgent Care twice both times different reasons and different times. I just wanna say I’m really highly appreciative with this clinic the first time I went the front desk assistant I forgot her name but she was really kind and friendly. I got Dr. Madina A. that day and another time for a follow up. Then this recent time I got Dr. Kevin N. both doctors are AMAZING both acknowledged everything I needed to say both very detailed on what’s going on and every question I had answered 100% . The Dr’s and the team are all amazing. I appreciate everyone there. Thank you & yes I have recommend this clinic to 3 people and they all have came and told me the same thing I said. All were really satisfied with their visit from what I was told.
