Needs a toilet paper holder in bathroom. And fix the paper towel dispenser. Other than that it’s a great place to get quick healthcare.

I developed a rash after eating seafood. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately. The check-in was very easy, the wait time was very short. The staff was friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. I followed the Doctor’s advice and my rash disappeared almost immediately. I highly recommend this facility.

I had been dealing with a urinary track infection for two days. I went online and easily booked an appointment and was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. Staff was great and friendly. The whole process was very efficient and I felt well taken care of.

Fell and thought I may have fractured my back ribs. Quick and friendly service. Took me in, took me to x-ray, received tentative results awaiting a second review, received an injection for the pain and received the online follow up later. I didn’t mention that I think my back ribs have been pushed in but it feels like they have so I’m following up with my primary today for a possible referral. Yes, I’d recommend.

Making appointments on line simple. Staff is extremely friendly dr Daniel Wells is an amazing physician. And very easy on the eyes to look at. Lol. She’s great at what she does I’m always satisfied with her performance.

Came in for severe nerve pain in my neck & nausea due to taking too many ibuprofen. The staff were all incredibly kind and professional, and the doctor was absolutely amazing. They gave me a Toradol shot & a anti-nausea shot as well as a prescription for a steroid to address the inflammation in my neck and I’m hoping to be the road to recovery soon.

Carbon Health, Cypress is always wonderful.  The staff are exceptional. I always feel listened to and well taken care of.

Came in for a UTI and waiting time was very busy, this was the first time I ever had to wait.  Still was very happy with the service.   Love this place and the staff.

I was concerned about my persistent cough and I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Check-in was easy and the staff were great. I was there no more than 30 minutes and they already called my prescription to the pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility.
