was really disappointed that i could only chose one ailment - i came in with an UTI, and congestion and chills - i had to chose between being tested for an UTI or covid or possible bronchitis - didn’t know that about carbon health - i thought urgent care was just that urgent and saving my insurance by not going to a primary and faster and treated all my ailments i was suffering from

I waited an hour, even though I had an appointment. My visit took less than 5 minutes (after waiting over an hour). My biggest issue was congestion and a stuffy nose. I have all the symptoms of a sinus infection, including yellow snot. The doctor did not even look into my nose. He pressed my head and asked if I felt pressure. Then he said my cold may take 3 weeks to go away and to just  use Sudafed. Sudafed is just an over the counter medication. After waiting all that time, I had hopes he would do more. I was very upset and felt that I was not taken seriously about my issues or health. I will not be coming back to this facility again.

The great thing about Carbon Health is you can always get a same day appointment. There has been times with my primary that no matter what the problem is there is no open appointment time. This last instance I was able to schedule an appointment & be there within an hour.

Woke up this morning with an earache and made an appointment very quickly. Got in quickly and found out both my ears were red. Love coming here everyone is very nice. The doctors are great.

It was great scheduling as I needed a Covid testing and it’s a sinus infection. The staff all very nice and the doctor is nice and helpful too .. I’ve been there before and recommend it to others

Staff was amazing. I have never had such a smooth experience with an urgent care. Give them all raises no pizza parties or ice cream. No one likes that. And 1000 yes I would recommend

Very thorough and knowledgeable providers at this facility. They had digital x-ray equipment and were able to provide quick results so I knew what I was dealing with.

Carbon is my go-to for urgent care. Always an easy and stress free experience.
