My husband was seen this morning for a follow up and had to return later the same day for pre-surgery screening. Made an appointment for 3:30. Arrived at 3:25and was told there was a little wait as they were a little backed up. After waiting for an hour they come out and tell us that since he was seen this morning insurance will not pay and we need to pay out of pocket. I understand but they just learned this after we waited hour past our appointment time. Plus his doctor called and talked to the office before the appointment so it’s frustrating that no one discovered this prior to the appointment and we were made to wait an hour. I will not be returning since apparently appoint times don’t mean anything anyway.

I've been experiencing low stomach pain that was initially thought to be a UTI, but tests showed it wasn't. I requested additional testing since the pain persists, but they refused. Now, I need to see a different doctor to figure things out without any clear guidance or any thoughts on what it could be:)

Staff at front desk rude.  Wait time over an hour with an appointment.  Room where I saw NP was filthy she didn’t give me much in the way of answers or what to do

Everything went off well like clockwork. My symptom was addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction.

Wait time and caring process to get wax out of ears was long

Provider seemed quite perplexed by the symptoms I was exhibiting.  Was not able to recommend a hand specialist as a necessary follow up.

As far as the staff & care that was given top notch very clean & very helpful but schedule & wait times are absolutely terrible made a appointment for 10:30 arrived 20 minutes early just to be seen a hour later very disappointed and unsatisfied but as far as everything else it was very good

I don’t feel like I was listened to . I still feel like I advocated for myself and kept getting “no” that’s not it . I am still sick as a dog with no help .
