The office closes down for lunch but they don’t tell you that when booking the appointment online so when you get there at 1:40 for your 1:45 appointment there is 1. No nurse or doctor present and 2. A waiting room for if sick people who are in the same position as you. I wish the office was honest and upfront about  their hours ahead of time. Transparency is key to a good medical appointment.

Scheduled a pre- employment physical. Upon arrival, the person at check in was overwhelmed and slow checking people in. I had an 11:30 appt but wasn’t taken back until noon and there were 3 people in the waiting area. The nurse was efficient but not overly friendly. The rest room was dirty. The doctor was pleasant but rushed.
