I complained about feeling lousy and thinking that I had a sinus and or ear infection. I get them every spring and fall. The “Dr” looked in my ears. He never looked in my nose. I also complained about the post nasal drip in my throat… never looked at my throat. I I voiced concern about not being sick for Easter. The “Dr’s” response: Mam, we all have something to do! Not exactly professional.

I booked online at 5 pm for 5:30 pm appt on Sunday night no one else was open, that was my driving time.   I arrived at 5:30,was immediately seen by the front desk then taken in by the medical asst. .  She completed the intake fast and Dr Patel came in checked my ears, throat, and chest. Told me I needed an antibiotic and cough med, he said if I get worse to go to er. I thanked him and left. Excellent, quick service within five minutes my phone rings,Dr Patel called to tell me my pharmacy would not be open, he suggested two places and said he would call and arrange it I was impressed with the visit. And the prompt filling of my meds.  Thank you all for your service.

I was told there is nothing they can do for the flu. This is beyond the flu. I have an infection. I’m coughing up green mucus. I know I have an ear infection. My ears were hurting when he jammed the thing in my ear. But he sees nothing??  So now I have to go somewhere else to get the prescriptions I need. Very nice but I felt rushed and wasn’t given the care I needed. I’m sick and have to travel again to get the medications I need.

Went for a school sports physical because our regular pediatrician was booked. The PA examined my child, and said he had an irregular EKG and would not clear him. My son was scared and devastated (he’s a really active/athletic kid). He never heard this before. The provider did not take the time to explain anything to him or break it gently. Instead it was “I can’t clear you. You can’t do any activity until seeing a pediatric cardiologist” and just sent him on his way with no instructions for follow up, a form saying he can’t do any athletics, and a copy of the EKG.
