The wait time was over 50 minutes with a sick kid. The only reason I booked an appointment with urgent care was because I assumed we would be taken right in.  The lovely office manager and PA we're wonderful, kind, friendly, and made up for the long wait time. PA gave lots of helpful info. **I love Christmas music, but was a bit too loud for patients suffering from flu and illness.

Had been fighting off a cold for three days when I decided I should probably get checked out.  Super easy to schedule an appointment online…waited maybe 5 minutes in the lobby.  All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a concern the previous night and was able to schedule an appt for the following morning..easy building to find and park, and the ladies who helped me were very kind and patient. told me exact directions for when i needed to do something myself. office was clean and inviting. i'm usually afraid doing things on my own like the doctors but everything went wonderfully. i wish all doctors places could be like my visit today.

The receptionist at the time gave off a really judgy vibe right from the start, and looked really annoyed being at work. The staff all seemed super rushed, which made the whole experience feel chaotic and unwelcoming.

The booking process was simple and the front desk check-in was simple and easy, definitely the best of any urgent care facility. But I was underwhelmed with the nurse who evaluated me. He spent less than 10 seconds total checking my throat and breathing. When my strep culture came back as negative, the evaluation process basically stopped, he just sent me home with some Flonase. For someone who’s had infection symptoms for over a week, it felt like a waste of money and time.

This is my second visit to this location and I can’t say enough about how great they are! Appointment scheduling is so easy, the medical  assistants are friendly and efficient and the practitioners are always so patient and compassionate.

Would be nice to get a visit summary  Left to get script and it wasn’t the one that was discussed during the visit. Insurance would not cover prescription

Easy to schedule online.  But when you have an appointment and still have to wait 30 minutes in the room…..unexceptionable. My nurse and doctor were friendly tho

Scheduled a same day appointment, was taken for my appointment with less than a 5 min wait and was seen quickly while still getting all my questions answered.
