Hello, There seems to be an issue with your system. I don’t have a copay for Urgent Care, but I keep being charged. The secretary told me today that your office is considered a specialist, not an urgent care facility. I called the billing department and they couldn’t explain or resolve the issue. I also spoke with my insurance, and they confirmed that I should not have to pay anything to your office. Can you please help me understand what is going on and how to fix this? Thank you.

Dr.Rose C was great. I felt like I hit the jackpot when I saw her name at the registration desk as physician on duty. She’s very caring and always take her time explaining diagnoses and her treatment plan. A plus for her!!!

I had really bad lower back pain and was able to schedule an appointment within less than 24 hours. The receptionist was friendly and the office is very clean. I was called in with minimum wait time. They have xray services on the premises so I was given a diagnosis of what they found.  The technicians and the doctor were all professional with great bedside manner. The medication prescribed has already been helpful. This is definitely my go to place when my issue does not warrant a trip to the ER.

It was really easy to schedule an appointment after I hurt myself. There wasn't a long wait or a long wait to be seen. I was treated quickly and even the check-in was efficient. The staff were friendly.

I had an appointment and had to wait 1.5 hours to be seen. Then the doctor visit was less than 5 minutes.

I was very satisfied with their process. Easy scheduling, And care was spot on. Provider was very nice.

Find that staff and clerical are very helpful and informative. Thanks for your service. You’ll note That I use your facility when I can’t schedule my doctor.

Scheduling of appointment was easy. But didn't matter that I made an appointment or not, I waited an hour to be called into the room. Once called in, staff appeared to be burnt out and rushing to get to the next room.
