The Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised how easy it was to make an appointment on a holiday.  The wait time wasn’t too long.

The easiest and friendly clinics I’ve ever come across, would definitely book again if needed.

When you are feeling ill or have a health issue, the Doctors are very knowledgeable! So darn smart! And they care about you! The office staff as well as the nurses are all very helpful and compassionate!

I hesitate to use apps like this one, but since I have used it twice for 2 different urgent cares, I decided to use it to book the urgent care appointment. It was great, 30 minutes, I got there, they verified my info, I was in 5 minutes later. Carbon Health was also great. As of now I have a new urgent care I am comfortable with and will return to.

Woke up this morning with a bladder infection. Booked my appointment online within 30 minutes. Walked in checked in, sat down and was called back within less than five minutes. Left in about 10 to 15 minutes and my prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. I therefore swung by my pharmacy and picked up my prescriptions. Very fast and efficient service. thank you everyone.

Took my 8-yo daughter in with fever, and flu like symptoms. The PA came in, addressed our concerns but then my 7-yo son began to vomit in exam room trash and said he felt faint. The PA didn’t even acknowledge this. My son went limp and passed out. We were forced to go back out to waiting room to make an appointment for him while he was passed out. I told the check in woman and she insisted on getting insurance information first. I asked if someone could see him right else at cause his lips had turned blue. She kept typing and asked us to pay (this was his 2nd f/up in less than 7-days). When PA finally came out, she asked if our son was asleep. We told her what happened and she said someone would come out to take his vitals. 10-15 minutes later, nobody came out so I went to the front desk, asked for a refund and the name of the PA and told the check in clerk how upset I was. Never going back again.

The receptionist was super kind & respectful. Our nurse is amazing! She was patient with my son & explained to him what she needed to do to swab his throat. The Doctor practitioner was knowledgeable & treated my son immediately. Thank you all!!

Lightning fast service! Zero wait time!  The doctors bed side manner was amazing!

Doctor was polite. His bedside side manner was polite. He didn’t rush me right out of his office and was very effective in treating me.

Staff is always great Dr. Jonathan is always on top of everything needed and is a pleasure to be seen by him he's quick but attentive to the reason why you went there for. Thank you..
