Very professional staff.  Wasn't crowded.  A breeze to set up appointment.  PA was thorough and took time answering my questions

I didnt get his name but the man that took my blood and was so patient with the drug test issues was the best man there. He mad my experience amazing.

I woke up with a n earache and pain sore throat, they did a rapid strep i kept telling the person that saw i knew this was starting to feel like strep to please prescribe me something I was in pain. My ear hurt ans it hurt to swallow. She spoke to me like she did not care, told me to take Tylenol or motrin! I asked her so I have to deal with the pain she basically said yes! I woke up the next day worse both ears hurt, turns out I do have strep and an ear infection this is the second time this place does this to me ans I have to go get a second opinio at a different facility, I think they only care about getting people in and out and not listening to them i hope this person gets a heart as I will never be going here again. She could have helped me she decided not to after I begged her. Worst visit of my life. I would not recommend this provider

I was disappointed to find only after seeing a nurse practitioner that the site had no ability to take x-rays. I had to drive another 25 minutes with an injured right ankle - which could have been avoided off the lack of x-ray capability was disclosed up front. I had to check app on my own to see the results.

I received excellent care by the medical staffer that saw me.

I sent three messages asking the nurse practitioner what the results of the test mean and apparently no one monitors the messages or they just refuse to respond.  This is the worst urgent health clinic I’ve been to.  The staff was great, the nurse practitioner was unresponsive and did not give adequate health care attention.  I had to google what the results meant and make a guess.  Not only was the care not administered fully, it is negligent not to opine on the results of medical tests.  Is the patient to determine what they mean and fend for themselves? Why do we even need a medical provider then, we should just go straight to a lab and then google what the results mean. Very frustrating!  (But this review won’t matter because no one looks at these communications!

I was conveniently able to schedule my appointment online and was able to be seen within 30 minutes. The facility was very clean and the receptionist at the front was very friendly, courteous and professional. The doctor was phenomenal. I appreciate that he took the time to assess me and to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this place.

Woke up with my body hurting and a sore throat and as always there was an appointment for me. I will travel for the service they provide and I’m so grateful for the doctors and nurses here. They show so much compassion and kindness to the patients. Thank you 🙏🏽
