I made an appointment online, and when I arrived they checked me in quickly. There was little to no wait. I was seen promptly. The staff and physician were friendly, professional, and thorough. Overall, they were great and I had an excellent experience!

I was dreading a long wait, so I was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficient the staff was.

Good work. One suggestion, have staff introduce themselves, particularly health provider. After that was good.

The wait time was very long, especially considering we had an appointment. The receptionist did not set expectations about how long the wait would be. The person who did the initial intake was very friendly and patient with my son who was scared of getting his height and weight measured. One area of improvement is that she raised concerns about potential brain injury and brought up potentially needing scans even though I did not give any indication that I was concerned about that nor was my son presenting with any sort of symptoms that was necessitate those comments. She did specifically say that the doctor would let us know. I think this level of diagnosis is typically outside of the scope of that role and could cause unnecessary stress for a parent/patient. The provider was great! I would recommend her.

Scheduling was easy. Got an appointment right away online. The staff was very nice. The PA was a great listener and thorough and very kind and understanding.  I would highly recommend going to Carbon Health Urgent care. Every time I’ve been everything was exemplary.  .

I love coming to this location! The team is always welcoming, caring, and informative. I’ve come in when I couldn’t get in to see my primary care doctor for what turned out to be bronchitis, for a sprained ankle, and this time for a weird spider bit that got infected. I received great care each time and will definitely be back in the future.

Excellent service, had to wait no time. Showed up 15 minutes early from appointment, was out the door the next 30 minutes later.

I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes and the staff were lovely, the office was clean and had parking and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately. Great urgent care solution!

Making the appointment online was so easy, which is important because my mother is not that mobile and she can’t stand for long. So I brought her in a wheelchair. We waited five minutes and we brought in… The attendant was amazing and all the staff is very friendly. It’s very clean and it was a pleasant surprise at how easy this was! I highly recommend this particular Urgent Care
