The doctor was very concerned and she took time to listen, explain and took very good care of me.

It was easier than I thought to register.  A successful outcome.  Efficient experience.

I waited two hours for a simple blood test… and the first nurse couldn’t get anything out of both of my arms… I want to be sympathetic and understand that they could have been understaffed or dealing with something, but this was a very unsatisfactory experience to be honest. Hoping for better next time!

Yikes. No sink, no stethoscope, no covid tests, no MD. Feels fake.

Really energized and friendly staff. Wait time was a little long but once I got in everything was super efficient. I have a hard time getting blood drawn but my nurse had no problems and worked quickly. Thanks carbon health!

Still have no received meds for an active c diff infection even after calling in and checking on status

Had a little bit of a wait time but staff made up for it , they are kind , efficient, made the visit easy going.

All of the staff were kind, caring and competent! I was well taken care of by each discipline. If you have an ailment, I would recommend receiving your care here. Can also make appointment on-line. Thank you

Very friendly staff. Was able to schedule myself the night before my appointment. Easy check in process. The PA and MA were very nice and courteous. I would go there again if needed.

They seemed understaffed, and there was a long wait, despite me having an appointment. I was brought in approximately one hour after my appointment time. After my exam, it was requested that I collect and drop off a stool sample to a nearby Quest lab. I followed the instructions with the supplies that Carbon Health had given me and was misinformed on several fronts: -I was told I was able to just drop off the sample without waiting or speaking to anybody; This was false. I had to wait a half hour after having to check in for a walk in appt.  -I was given only one sample bottle for collection by CarbonHealth for four separate tests. Upon drop off I was informed I needed FOUR separate sample bottles for the tests the clinician had requested, and that they could not use my single sample for this. After I told them that my doctor only gave me one sample bottle, they asked me if I had gone to CARBON HEALTH. When I said yes, they informed me that this is very typical of Carbon health. Why? Doing this sample collection while ill was already an annoying task, but to be misinformed about the process, causing me to have to repeat it, while still ill, delaying the results EVEN further, is infuriating.  If my delayed lab results inflict unnecessary harm on a condition worsened by delayed treatment, I will sue Carbon Health.
