Staff was very nice. Easy to schedule appt. No complaints

The nurse got my weight wrong off by 20 pounds and the PA thought my left knee had acute pain, even though I never mentioned anything about my left knee!!!! Staff does not listen to its patients, even the nurse was asleep on the job, I speak very clear. I understand you”ll might be bored with your jobs, but don’t let the patients find out. Would not recommend this urgent care to anyone as long as the staff is asleep at the wheel.

Got a cold with a severe cough last week. Thought I could just get over it myself but here it is eight days later and I knew I needed to make sure it was not an infection. I made my appointment same morning, got in right away and the staff was super friendly and very attentive. The tests are being sent away and they told me they would have them by tomorrow!!! Really great place , not super busy, a little gem hidden inside of Noho West.

Took my daughter to get an xray done of her foot because it was swollen and hurting. After waiting 40 mins even though I had an appointment, I was told that the xray tech was leaving so I needed to come back the next day. Called me the day of appointment and said the tech would not be there after 2pm so I had to go in sooner or reschedule. My daughter had school so I had to reschedule. After she got her xray done I was told it would take a long time for the results so I should go home and someone would call me.  Nobody called me and the radiologist who read the xray image said she had a spur and nobody called me nor did they return my call but they were fast to charge my insurance for both days. Never going back to this place again.

My right ear was clogged after a very bad cold. Made an appointment for same day.  Staff were friendly.  The doctor zeroed in on the issue.  She prescribed medication and explained the process.  It all made sense.  Great service.

They didn't give me anything information on my prescription and they pharmacy didn't have it when I went to pick it up.

I was able to book an appointment online for the same day. The staff all provided excellent care. PA-C Kelly was very kind and attentive to my symptoms. She sent my prescription right away and followed up with me via app as soon as my test results came back. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone feeling under the weather.
