I watched the receptionist ask someone to pay $100 more of a copay than they actually owed. They had to ask her to check again and she adjusted the amount. She charged my card before denying me service. She didn’t disclose this, I had to ask if she had already charged it. Fortunately, because of this, she still allowed me to be seen when I asked to just talk to someone. The reason for being turned away didn’t make the highest sense. I’m very thankful for the two physicians that showed me kindness during a very scary time. They were logical, empathetic, and clear. People like the receptionist are why so many of us out there have medical trauma. People like the physicians are why we still have hope.

had a burn on my foot, received great care and treatment for the wound, as well as advisement on how to continue treating it at home

I was a walk-in and was seen almost immediately. Front desk, medical assistants, and the RN Emily were all very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of medical assistance.

I had an excellent experience at Carbon Health today. The scheduling and timing was smooth- no wait- the staff was very friendly and the PA who treated me was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Made an appointment at 1:00pm and finally got treated at 2:45pm. The wait time was 30 more minutes after 30 more minutes. Staff was rude when I expressed my disappointment to the wait time. Will definitely avoid this location in the future.

Scheduling was a breeze. And the whole process was really fast.. the employees were very friendly and thorough
