Staff went out of their way to make sure all guests were seen even after the clinic hours were closed! Great customer service and assistance. Definitely a great urgent care to go to

Scheduling was fast and easy just had to get there. Check-in was a breeze with the receptionist and the staff was great very professional and really cared and took the time to hear me out. The care and was great for me. I was worried but got reassured that I was alright. I also felt at ease and also the conversation was smooth and also easy to talk to the doctor. I would recommend this place to anyone that felt unsure of something and wanted to get checked.  Thank you so much!

The appointment was great! Nobody wants to have to go to the doctor, but if you have to, you couldn't ask for a better experience than we had. Easy scheduling without a long wait, kind employees, and a doctor who listened and really tried to help.

Quick service. Went in for flu symptoms. Was not tested or examined other than a Quick Look at throat. The lidocaine viscous syrup prescribed is too thick and makes me gag. Makes my whole mouth numb, need a spray version.

I was having stomach trouble after having a norovirus and I needed a doctors note for work. Scheduling online was extremely easy and simple once I arrived they were able to get me into a room right away. The wait for the doctor once the nurse set me up in a room was a bit longer than I’d like but still not bad. Overall much better than my experience at other urgent cares would definitely recommend this provider.

Had hit my head the night before. Made an appointment within 2 hours. The check-in was easy. The doctor came to check on me before he had to see the person before me. I already have recommended Carbon Health to a few people.
