I've been to the Temecula and Murrieta facility and the service and staff are outstanding. I prefer Carbon Health to my own doctor. It's easier to get in and see someone. The staff is great. Serious and caring but fun as well.

If I come to get urgent care, then I expect to receive care. The lady thinks she knows better than the other doctors that I have seen and apparently knows more than what I do. She had no clue. I hope they didnt bill anything because I did not get seen for what I went in for. I would hate to go to a doctor and she recommends you going to an ER since she couldnt figure what to do.

This was my second visit here and once again received excellent care. First time for foot injury that they x-rayed on site. Latest visit was for congestion, cough & sore throat. Was in and out quickly and able to pick up meds soon after at drugstore.  Very clean facility. Have recommended to family and they were also equally impressed.

Urgent care - being new - is clean. Only seem to be NPs working. But that’s okay. They do have X-rays in premise. Not many UC do. Staff is friendly.
