Booked online appt and arrived on time.  When I checked in, I was asked to pay $215 for the appointment (I don’t have insurance).  Then was told there were 5 people ahead of me.  I would never have paid and waited had I been told that before I paid.  Sneaky move by the front desk staff. All 5 people plus a walk in were seen before me.  Waited 1.5 hours to see doctor, who was excellent.  Now have been waiting at unattended front desk for 15 minutes to get receipt so I can be reimbursed for the $215 charge.
