Unable to prescribe a codeine cough medicine had to scramble to see another doctor who was able to prescribe what I needed. Because of this I would not recommend this urgent care, would only use as a last resort! Make sure there is a doctor on sight where ever you go as you might have the same problem.

1. The equipment was not current.. The modern way to remove wax for one's ear is with a vacuum tool. 2. It took 40 minutes to perform a 5-minute procedure. 3. One has to pay $225. plus service performed EVERY time one goes for care...Not just for the first time, as advertised.

I went in thinking my Mom will Be taken care of by a actual doctor, this clinician comes in and she never even checked my mom back or anything just told us that this was an urgent care and they can’t do anything much she just prescribed a muscle relaxer and gave my Mom only 5 tablets with no refill. What sort of care is this, I need my money back so O can go to an actual doctor. If I don’t get it back o will go and complain to the medical dept and BBB

I went in for neck muscle spasms. The nurse was coughing with a cold. After talking about my symptoms, she wanted to feel my neck. She proceeded to squeeze my neck causing me so much pain I had to cry out loud. She mumbled something like other patients liked the massage. I was there for neck pain, who would then squeeze my neck so hard that it hurt? Then when I left, the front receptionist said that it would take 2 hours for CVS to fill the prescription. I waited at CVS for an hour and still, they hadn't received the order. I walked back to Carbon and the receptionist gave me attitude saying she told me it would take 2 hours. But then she checked the computer and the nurse had neglected to press "submit". No apology. Please train your staff better.
