Made an appointment because I suspected a surgery incision on my back that I couldn’t see or reach was infected.  Came in 45 minutes early and was seen immediately.  The medic on duty was great—confirmed infection, drained and cleaned it, gave me an Rx for antibiotic and made an appointment for me to come back in two days. I scheduled an appointment while I was at work and was seen by a medical professional in less than an hour. I really appreciated my nurse— I unfortunately don’t remember his name but he was lovely. Everything was perfect. I was able to schedule my appointment for the time I wanted. No waiting! I was very impressed with the Doctor, who diagnosed my ear infection right away and gave me a prescription for the appropriate antibiotic. Staff was nice. The office was clean and spacious.
