I scheduled a drug test for a new employer and it was easy and fast. The staff was really friendly and nice. The person that helped me was super nice and very professional. I will definitely come back if I need to.

Schedule appointment for the same day. Registration was very easy. Was seen in time. PA seemed knowledgeable and really cared. Took care of my problem.

I had a fall the night before and actually created a puncture wound that was unusual and needed care. My son-in-law is an EMT and recommended carbon medical. My sister-in-law is a retired nurse and suggested that I seek medical treatment to prevent infection. I was very pleased That scheduling into carbon medical was much more convenient than I had expected. The staff was very kind and quite efficient. There was no excessive paperwork and I was let in within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment having gone through the major emergency rooms in San Francisco… Read Ucsf, carbon medical turn out to be a nice option. The medical staff was timely and bedside manner was commendable. The only thing that didn’t meet my original intention was the wound that I inflected upon. Myself was a little more complex than the staff at carbon was faced with. So an emergency referral was made, and I wound up at Ucsf anyway. The moral of the story is that thanks to carbon medical, I at least had the wound diagnosed evaluated and basically treated. The infection risk was also mitigated, and the ER even took an ultrasound in order to determine the risk of any testicular damage in the area of my wound. I thank carbon medical for at least moving me to make the proper medical decision for my well-being and health. I would recommend them highly for any  medical services that they do offer.

The doctor was quick to identify my problem . . .pneumonia. . .and give me an effective treatment. He and everyone was personable and professional. Five stars

Made an appointment easily the night before for a rash / skin infection. Everyone was friendly and my appointment was on time. Katy was very nice and helpful in helping understand my skin issue. I was in and out in 30 mins with clear next steps. I would definitely recommend.
