The entire process was seamless. Easy to schedule, friendly knowledgeable staff, easy to understand care. Great experience.

Had a great experience (well as great as you can when you have the flu). I was seen promptly, facility was clean and well maintained. Everyone I interacted with was nice and professional.

Scheduling my appt was very easy, precise navigation and open schedule. I was able to be seen next morning of scheduling appointment. The staff from front office to the Doctor was nice, caring and professional and my 2 visits has been consistent. Check-in was simple, everything was already in their system making the office flow easy.

Even after setting up an appointment, I had to wait for 1.5 hours only for the Doctor to spend less than 5mins and rushing out of the room without fully addressing the questions satisfactorily. I did not get any confidence in his diagnosis or prescription so I had to find another doctor to get a second opinion which is a waste of time and money for me. Very disappointed.  I had been to this clinic before and the doctor I then visited was good. So I guess it was just the doctor this time not good along with the long wait time.

I was told TB Test was $70 and then $90, I accepted the cost and have done the blood test. While I was waiting for the invoice, it turned out $135. From $70 to $135, that surprised me!

They checked me in right away, physician understood the reason for my visit and prescribed me medication which helped me feel a whole lot better in such a short amount of time

Scheduling was relatively easy. It would've been nice if the website could've specified timing of test results depending on the location. Wait time was long, but staff was helpful and professional.

Received notice that I needed to complete a TB test as a requirement for work. Found Carbon Heslth offered them and also the option to schedule an appointment. Was thrilled when I saw they had a same-day appointment at 9:45am, so I scheduled it. Arrived at 9:30, 15 min before my appointment to check in and finish up the intake paperwork (basically providing a physical credit card for payment). Sat down and waited for them to call me back.  And then I waited. And waited. Aaaaand waited. Anxiously watching the time, since I needed to be back at work by 11. I figured an hour and 15min for a quick blood draw WITH an appointment should have been plenty of time. Boy was I wrong. I wasn’t even called back for my “appointment” until almost a FULL HOUR after my scheduled time.  This is clearly a training facility, as there were 2 young women assisting me with the bloodwork. One trainee, and one trainer. The blood draw was fine, but let me tell you; I have never felt the nervous energy emulating off of someone more than this poor girl. I get it; we all start somewhere but for $90 I would have expected prompt and professional care. NOT waiting for over an hour to be seen, and then watching a fledgling nurse nervously looking for my veins and forgetting to remove the tourniquet from my arm before pulling out the needle. If I was ANYONE else (say, someone who is afraid of needles or having their blood drawn) this kind of experience would have had the potential to cause serious distress.  Lucky for them, I get my blood drawn on a regular basis to monitor an autoimmune condition, so I basically let her fumble through the process, and tried to remain empathetic.  Overall, feels like a money-grab, and a poorly run facility. I’ll be going to LabCorp for any and all future bloodwork, and avoiding this place for any and EVERYTHING else.
